Project overview
Led “Hè Yêu Thương,” a charity initiative at the Da Nang Street Children Support Center – Family No. 4, providing practical support and meaningful experiences for children facing difficult circumstances.
The program brought ENOSTA employees together through fundraising, essential supply donations, meal preparation, and interactive activities, creating opportunities to give back to the local community.
MY RESPONSIBILITY
- Project Planning: Conducted site visits, assessed the center's needs, developed the project plan, and coordinated activities from preparation to completion.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Worked with the center's representatives, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align requirements, resources, and event arrangements.
- Donation & Resource Management: Organized donation collection, coordinated resources, and prepared gifts and essential supplies based on the children's needs.
- Event Operations: Managed logistics, meal preparation, supply distribution, and on-site games and engagement activities.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinated ENOSTA employees' participation, creating opportunities for team involvement and meaningful community contribution.
PROJECT OUTCOMES
- Successfully organized a charity event at the Da Nang Street Children Support Center – Family No. 4.
- Delivered uniforms, sports equipment, medicine, milk, and essential supplies.
- Provided meals and interactive activities for the children.
- Brought ENOSTA employees together through community service, encouraging a culture of care and social responsibility.
