Project overview
Contributed to organizing DSC, the largest football tournament for technology companies in Da Nang, bringing together 32 teams in a single season.
As Deputy Head of Communications, I supported communications throughout the three-month project, helping increase tournament visibility, engage the local tech community, and strengthen connections between technology companies through sports.
MY RESPONSIBILITY
- Communication Planning: Contributed to developing and executing communication plans before, during, and after the tournament.
- Content & Social Media: Coordinated content production, management, and publishing across the tournament's communication channels.
- Team Coordination: Collaborated with the communications team and a 20+ member organizing committee to maintain timelines and consistent messaging.
- Event Communications: Supported coverage of tournament updates, match results, and key moments throughout the season.
PROJECT OUTCOMES
- 32 football teams participated in the tournament.
- Achieved 220,000+ organic reach on the event's Facebook page.
- Received media coverage from 5+ news and media outlets.
- Contributed to the successful delivery of Da Nang's largest football tournament for technology companies.
