Project overview
Managed ENOSTA's annual employee health check-up program, working directly with hospitals and healthcare providers to deliver a convenient employee experience while ensuring regulatory compliance and personal health data protection.
The project required close coordination between the company, employees, and medical partners, from health package planning to service delivery and information management.
MY RESPONSIBILITY
- Healthcare Vendor Management: Sourced, evaluated, negotiated with, and coordinated hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Planning & Coordination: Managed budgets, schedules, employee lists, and program logistics.
- Regulatory Compliance: Reviewed health check-up packages against applicable legal requirements and coordinated service quality checks.
- Personal Data Protection: Coordinated secure collection, sharing, access, and handling of employee health information with external providers.
PROJECT OUTCOMES
- 100% employee participation in the annual health check-up program.
- 100% of health check-up items met applicable regulatory requirements.
- 100% of employee data handled in accordance with personal data protection requirements, with risks controlled throughout vendor coordination.
