Project overview
Led Company Trip 2026 – TRANSFORMER, an annual company getaway designed to help employees recharge, strengthen team connections, and create memorable shared experiences.
The key focus was optimizing costs without compromising experience quality, balancing relaxation, team activities, and budget efficiency.
MY RESPONSIBILITY
- Planning & Budget Management: Developed the overall project plan, allocated resources, and controlled costs.
- Vendor Negotiation & Management: Selected, negotiated with, and coordinated accommodation, transportation, catering, and event partners.
- Experience Design: Developed the event concept, teambuilding, and gala activities to balance relaxation and team bonding.
- Event Operations: Managed timelines, logistics, and on-site issue resolution.
PROJECT OUTCOMES
- 24.5% budget savings (~USD 7,080): Reduced costs from VND 750M (~USD 28,850) to VND 566M (~USD 21,770).
- 150+ participants, achieving over 92% overall satisfaction.
- 90% of employees felt recharged and wanted to participate again the following year.
- 97% of employees felt more connected to their colleagues after the trip.
