Led ENOSTA's Year-End Party 2025, bringing together the entire workforce to celebrate achievements, recognize outstanding contributions, and reinforce company culture.
The event combined employee recognition, live performances, and shared celebrations to create a memorable experience and strengthen team connections.
MY RESPONSIBILITY
- Planning & Budget Management: Developed the overall event plan and managed budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Vendor Management: Sourced, negotiated with, and coordinated event partners.
- Experience Design: Developed the event concept, recognition program, and employee performances to promote appreciation and engagement.
- Event Operations: Coordinated internal teams, managed logistics, and oversaw on-site execution.
PROJECT OUTCOMES
- 150+ attendees, achieving 100% employee participation.
- Recognition Culture: Celebrated individual and team achievements through awards, encouraging a culture of appreciation and dedication.
