Project overview
Explored and applied AI, design, and video editing tools to support HR, administrative tasks, and internal communications.
Through self-learning, courses, and workshops, I tested these tools in daily work and shared practical knowledge with colleagues to help them apply new technologies to their tasks.
MY RESPONSIBILITY
- Learning & Exploration: Attended courses and workshops and explored ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, Figma, and CapCut.
- Practical Application: Identified ways to apply digital tools to HR, administration, design, and internal communications.
- Internal Training: Shared knowledge and provided hands-on guidance to Back Office colleagues using practical work examples.
- Ongoing Support: Assisted colleagues with questions, tool usage, and alternative approaches to daily tasks.
