Project overview
Led seasonal workplace decoration projects, transforming familiar office spaces into fresh, inspiring environments while preserving ENOSTA's welcoming atmosphere and identity.
Each celebration was an opportunity to bring festive energy into the workplace and create positive everyday experiences for employees.
MY RESPONSIBILITY
- Concept & Budget Planning: Developed decoration concepts, planned budgets, and managed costs for each occasion.
- Vendor Management: Sourced, communicated with, selected, and coordinated external vendors.
- On-site Execution: Oversaw decoration setup, ensuring visual quality, timely delivery, and suitability for the workplace.
- Employee Experience: Balanced familiar elements with fresh ideas to create engaging, festive workspaces.

- Refreshed the office environment across multiple major celebrations throughout the year.
