Previously, internal information was shared across multiple channels, making it easy for employees to miss important updates.
To address this, I established the Daily 9:00 AM Internal Memo, a centralized daily bulletin that brings essential announcements and updates into one place, making information easier to access and follow.
MY RESPONSIBILITY
- Process Design: Standardized information collection and coordination across departments.
- Bulletin Management: Personally consolidated, edited, and published daily updates through Lark at 9:00 AM.
- Content Optimization: Organized announcements into clear, concise, and easy-to-follow updates.
- Measurement & Improvement: Collected feedback, evaluated communication effectiveness, and refined content presentation.
PROJECT OUTCOMES
- 92% employee awareness of internal information, up from 72% before implementation.
- 20-percentage-point improvement in employee information awareness.
- Established a consistent daily bulletin, making internal updates more accessible and easier to follow.
